Crispy Coconut Popcorn Shrimp with Mango & Habanero.

                Noda's Food Crispy Coconut Popcorn Shrimp: Just a cheeky little summer recipe using Mojo Picón Mango & Habanero. crispy coconut popcorn shrimp, with blowtorched Mango & Habanero Mojo. Ingredients: Tiger Prawns. Flour grated coconut. 2 beaten eggs breadcrumbs. 1 Mango. Fresh Coriander. Method: Coat tiger prawns in half flour and half dedicated coconut. Then into egg wash, then into breadcrumbs. Fry until golden. Peel and cut a mango into chunks then lightly blowtorch or grill to release the sweetness. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with Mojo Picon Mango & Habanero. Que lo disfrutes.

Crunchy Potato Bombs!!!

               Noda's Recipes Amazing Crunchy Potato Bombs!!!: perfect for any occasion. Really easy to make and you don’t need to many ingredients. Ingredients: 800gr Potatoes. salt Mojos Sauces (choose your favorite flavour) 2 Eggs Breadcrumbs Cheddar Cheese. Method: Peel and boil some potatoes in salty water for 15-20 min, then use your muscles and mash them! Divide the mash in 4 portions (Optional), mix each one with around 15ml of Mojo sauce. Beaten eggs in a bowl and a another bowl put the breadcrumbs. Cut a little bit of cheese in cubes (optional). Take a little bit of mash, put a cheese cube in the middle (optional), make a ball and give it an egg...

Hummus Curry

                   Noda´s Recipes   Hummus Curry. This addictive chickpea dip is worlds better than what you get at the store. Ingredients: 400gr can chickpeas, rinsed 1 clove garlic 1⁄4 cup Mojo Curry. 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste; optional) kosher salt 1 tablespoons Olive Oil. Method: In a food processor, puree the chickpeas and garlic with the Curry Mojo, lemon juice, tahini (if using) and ¾ teaspoon salt until smooth and creamy. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water as necessary to achieve the desired consistency Transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
