Enjoy this simple and delicious dish, perfect to enjoy as an Starter or as a Healthy snack.

  • 2 Pack of Halloumi Cheese.
  • 2 Handfuls of cherry tomatos, in halves.
  • Salt Flakes.
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar.
  • 4 Arabic style breads or flat bread.
  • Mojo Smokey Chipotle, to serve (or you favourite one).
  • 4 handful of green salad varied.


We started by putting two pans one on medium heat and the other on low heat, while warming the pans cut the halloumi in 6 or 8 slices, add a little olive oil to the pan of medium heat (or without oil if preferred). ), let the oil heat a little and add the cut Halloumi, let it cook for 2 minutes on each side or until they are golden, and while the Halloumi is cooking we will use the other pan to heat our flat bread.

Once it is all ready we will serve it, you can servilo like this in the photo, cutting the flat bread in pulling and serving the halloumi on top or opening our flat bread in half and introducing the halloumi together with the mojo and the salad as a sandwich.

If you want to serve as in the photo, cut the flat bread into strips and put them intertwined on the side of the plate, add the halloumi roasted on the bread and serve it with a little varied green salad, the tomatoes cut and seasoned with a little olive oil, modena vinegar and salt flake.
Enjoy this roasted halloumi particles with a little chipotle mojo on top, just delicious.
