Chargrilled chicken and chorizo kebabs:
- Chicken breast.
- Spanish Chorizo.
- Mojo Picon Red Pepper.
- Chilli Jam.
- BBQ Baby gem
- lime Mustard.
- Cut the chicken and the chorizo into not very small pieces, approximately 2.5cm.
- Put the chicken and the chorizo alternately on the skewers and brushed with chilli jam.
- Cook on the BBQ or in a hot pan.
